3. ONE ACCOUNT AND TRUE PLAYER IDENTITY |
3.1 In order to use any services of Treasure Mile you will need to register an account at this or any one of our casinos. You need to choose a valid email address as your account name / sign-in. 7.3 The Genesys Club does not undertake to notify Players that they have outstanding balances to collect. You are responsible for withdrawing or playing out any funds that are held in your account.
7.4 Please note that any malfunction voids all plays, and pays.

7.7.6 For an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism.
7.7.7 For the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent).
7.7.8 The Genesys Club central computer system (or any part thereof) failing.
7.8 The Genesys Club will not force you to honor any obligation other than what is provided for by our Terms and Conditions. Similarly you cannot force Treasure Mile to honor any obligation outside the parameters of our rules and regulations.
7.9 The player shall forfeit any winnings made as a result of computer or software error. In such an event Treasure Mile shall be liable for your initial deposit only. Cheating of any sort shall result in the forfeiture of all balances in your account. Such forfeiture does not prevent Treasure Mile from instigating legal action, should it be deemed appropriate.
7.10 The Genesys Club, together with its partners, directors, officers, media, promotion or other affiliated agencies, as well as licensees, distributors or any employees or any other affiliated entities are indemnified from all costs, liabilities, damages or expenses that may arise from any player's use of this casino group’s software or any other service, or promotional activity.
7.11 The Genesys Club, or any derivative of it are registered trademarks, service marks and / or trade names of The Genesys Gaming Group, its subsidiaries, licensors or any associated companies. All material used by Treasure Mile, including but not limited to its unique software, images, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, graphics, pictures, text or any other intellectual property are owned by the Casino - no player has rights to anything created for or by Treasure Mile. All materials are protected by copyright and may not be used unless explicit written consent is provided by Treasure Mile.
7.12 The Genesys Club and our designated agents may investigate any Real Account Holder's credit worthiness should it be deemed necessary. This is to the benefit, and for the protection of, the casino and the individual player.
7.13.1 Treasure Mile reserves the right to report any and all suspicious activity that could be in contravention of the laws on money laundering and other criminal acts such as:
7.13.2 The suspected intention to conceal or disguise funds accrued from illegal activities.

7.13.4 The use of money suspected to have been accrued through illegal activity.

8.2 The General Bonus Terms and Conditions are liable to change from time to time. It is the player's responsibility to regularly check the General Bonus Terms and Conditions. Please be sure to always read the general Bonus Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the specific Bonus terms and conditions regarding any bonus/promotion.
8.3 Employees and immediate family members of Treasure Mile and any company or entity associated to it in any way (distributors, affiliates, licensees, subsidiaries, media partners, retailers, wholesalers, advertising, promotion or other agencies) may not take part in any bonus or promotion offered by Treasure Mile.
8.3.1 A free player bonus can be claimed only once per person, PC and IP address, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card/debit card number, and environments where computers are shared (e.g. universities, schools, public libraries, workplace etc).
8.4 All promotions at Treasure Mile are by invitation only. All promotions at Treasure Mile are limited to Real-money players only. No withdrawal is allowed as long as there are active and / or pending bonuses which have withdrawal restrictions until play through requirements are satisfied.
8.4.1 A player is only permitted to claim one free bonus offer on their casino account, where no deposit is required. This includes free money offers and free spins offers. Should a player claim more than one free bonus offer, any winnings generated from this bonus will be null and void.
All UK and Greek players may only play slot games with any purchase match bonus claimed. Any other game played with a purchase match bonus, will result in any winnings being forfeited and the deposit being refunded back to the player.
a) Purchasing players may only claim a deposit match bonus offer in the first 5 minutes of their purchase or if their account has 75% of the original deposit available in their cash balance. 8.5.1 Bonus Money (No Deposit Required) bonuses need to be played through 40X before a player can make awithdrawal. Please see Section 10: Maximum Withdrawal.
8.5.2 Bonus Money (Any Match Offer) needs to be wagered through 40X by all Tier players before a player can make a withdrawal.
For example:
Deposit €100, get a 100% Match Bonus.
To withdrawa a player will need to wager €100 (Bonus amount) x 40 = €4,000.
EXCLUSION: Match Bonus offers above 100% need to be wagered 60X by all Tier players before a withdrawal can be made.
8.5.3 All and any withdrawal or pending withdrawal will result in the voiding of the right to receive the remaining bonuses.
8.5.4 Each individual player is entitled to one (1) consolidated account only. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account. In cases where a player has more than one consolidated account, winnings will be voided.
8.5.5 Each player may only partake in one bonus-promotion per deposit. If a player receives more than one bonus-promotion per specific deposit, any winnings will be voided.
8.5.6 Only one deposit match bonus can be claimed per deposit. All deposit match bonuses need to be claimed immediately once a deposit has been made and before any single wager can be placed with the original deposit. If a player chooses to wager the deposit amount first and then proceeds to claim the deposit match bonus thereafter, all money accumulated from winning on the deposit match bonus is then considered null and void. The casino would then reserve the right to forfeit any such winning. The casino views this as a deliberate and fraudulent act to circumvent the benefit that deposit match bonuses are meant to serve as.
8.5.7 Promotional bonuses must be claimed in sequence.
8.5.8 Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deposits must be wagered, in full, at least once (1), before a bonus, specifically related to that deposit, will be credited.
8.5.9 For the purpose of all bonus-promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
8.5.10 Where bonuses or promotions are specifically addressed to an individual or casino account, the offers are only valid in respect of the individual or casino account number, as specified in the communication (offer).
8.5.11 Promotional or Bonus offers by E-mail are for the intended recipient only. The offers cannot be transferred to a third party.
8.5.12 Irregularities between the personal details of the Real account holder, and the personal details of the individual identified with the method used to make deposits, will invalidate any offer extended by Treasure Mile.
8.5.13 Any player deviating from the promotional rules will be disqualified and winnings voided.
8.6. The Genesys Club reserves the right:
8.6.1 To deny a player any bonus where a player has been identified as a bonus abuser in the The Genesys Club. In such cases, the original deposit will be refunded, however, the player will not benefit from the bonus or promotion he / she is judged to have abused.
8.6.2 To refuse a promotion or bonus for any reason deemed valid and appropriate including, but not restricted to, promotion abuse by a player.
8.6.3 To close accounts at any time, particularly when registration information is discovered to be incorrect or misleading, or when casino management deems the player's participation to be of dishonest, or when there is a history of charge backs on deposits made.
8.6.4 To audit any and all withdrawals and reserves the right to reclaim bonuses or winnings for failed audits - the original deposit will be credited to the player's casino account.
8.6.5 To discontinue or cancel any promotion or bonus if management deems it appropriate.
8.7. The Genesys Club promotions department is the sole judge in any dispute regarding any promotional offer.

8.11. GAMES MEDALS PROMOTIONS
8.11.1 To qualify for a medal prize, a player must make a minimum deposit of €20 on the day a medal is awarded on a game.
8.11.2 Medal prizes cannot be claimed when playing with free money, bonus money or playing free spins.
8.11.3 Only medals won on bets of €1 or more are eligible for a medals prize.
8.11.4 Medal prizes will be credited to player's accounts on the business day following the end of the medals promotion.
8.11.5 A player will qualify for a maximum of 1 medal prize, at the highest medal value per day of the promotion.

8.11.6 Cash awarded into a player's casino account is subject to a minimum play through of 1 X, prior to a player being eligible to make a withdrawal. For example: If a player received €50, the player will need to wager €50 before being eligible to make a withdrawal.

8.12 Tournament Terms
- By registering for any one of our tournaments, the player agrees to the general as well as relevant promotional terms and conditions of The Genesys Club (applicable to all of our casinos).
- To participate in any tournament, the player must be an active member of The Genesys Club loyalty program. Any winnings will be voided should a player be found to be outside of this criteria.
- While The Genesys Club endeavors to ensure a smooth gaming experience at all times, the group cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of software error messages, interruptions in internet connectivity or casino software issues.
- The Genesys Club reserves the right to cancel a tournament at any time.
- All bonus money prizes are not redeemable for cash and must meet the playthrough requirements of 40X. The minimum withdrawal amount is €100.
- Should there be a discrepancy between our general terms and conditions and those of a particular tournament, the general terms and conditions will always take precedence.

9. PAYOUT PROCEDURE AT THE GENESYS CLUB |
9.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is €100, and there is a service fee of between €0 and €30 per transaction applicable. This will vary dependent on size of withdrawal and processor used.
Exception: Where free money was used by players from the United Kingdom, Denmark, and Greece, a maximum withdrawal of €50 applies.
PLEASE NOTE that all wire transfer fees are paid by the casino, however there are some correspondence fees that exist and they are beyond our control. These fees are based on your local bank policy. These fees may be reflected in your withdrawal balance.
9.2 All withdrawal requests will be processed daily within The Genesys Club, however, payments to player accounts will only take place every Monday and Thursday.

9.4 All wins under €5,000 will be paid out in one lump sum as soon as possible.

10. MAXIMUM WITHDRAWAL |
Where a player has won using their first free money offer/no deposit bonus (i.e. no deposit was made), a maximum withdrawal amount of €100 applies.
Exception: To players playing from the United Kingdom, Denmark, and Greece a maximum withdrawal amount of €50 applies. The rest of a player’s winnings will then be made available to the player for a period of 6 months in the form of match bonuses.

A maximum of 1 withdrawal is permitted; where a player has won using a free money offer/no deposit bonus (i.e. no deposit was made).
Players who have previously made deposits and have won using a free money offer/no deposit bonus (i.e. no deposit was made), a maximum withdrawal amount of €100 applies, this also applies to play on your Birthday and Anniversary no deposit bonuses.
Loyalty Maximum Cashout: The following applies to winnings accrued on loyalty bonus money: Bronze tier players can withdraw up to $100, Silver tier players up to $250, Gold tier players up to $500 and Platinum tier players up to $1000.
Bonus prize monies won from any of our tournaments, medals promotions, leaderboard competitions etc are all considered to be Free Money and are therefore subject to our maximum withdrawal limit of €100. Please note that if you should win more than this amount on any further play, your limit of withdrawal will remain at €100.

11. CONFLICT |
11.1 Should there be any conflict between the English language version and any other language version of the Terms and Conditions and/or any Bonus Terms and Conditions, the English language version shall take precedence & shall be final and binding.
11.2 Should there be any conflict between the terms of this Agreement & the terms of The End User License Agreement, the End User License Agreement shall always take precedence & shall be final and binding. |

12. GOVERNING LAW |
The construction, validity, and performance of this agreement shall be governed by the Netherlands Antilles law and courts of the Netherland Antilles shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes in any matter arising from or related to this agreement. |
